"Medium sized town but soon will be booming."

Corvallis is a town of about 60,000. Fairly small, two major high schools a few middle schools and many elementary schools. Real estate value is very high and seems to just keep growing. It's the kind of town where you run into friends downtown but never seem to see people you don't like. The downtown is small but expanding with lots of local businesses that are doing well. Though the price of real estate is going up some housing is still affordable in the many newly developing neighborhoods. Corvallis is seen by many as one of the finer towns in Oregon.
