"A working class neighborhood"

There are a lot of older homes in this area, some not as well kept as others. It is truly a working class neighborhood, and there are some seedy-looking characters in the neighborhood. It can get difficult navigating your way through this part of town because there are so many one-way streets, and the grid is interrupted throughout by some larger streets.
