"Gorgeous, quiet, safe."

Tucked away in northern Rancho Cucamonga (rapidly becoming the Beverly Hills of the Inland Empire), this delightful neighborhood is just a stone's throw from Chaffey College. Our kids went through the excellent Alta Loma schools and Chaffey High School District represented in this area. There are an abundance of active and retired law enforcement and other public safety personnel who live in the neighborhood, no doubt one of the reasons for our low crime rate -- the other being the high visibility and rapid response times by our excellent Rancho PD!

A planned unit development, our neighborhood of single family homes has few through streets, beautiful green-belts, a community pool, and a well-maintained bridal-trail on the south edge. Our HOA is vigilant but not obtrusive, and it's miserly! We have probably the lowest HOA fees in the Southland (currently only $57/month). As a result, we have well-maintained homes, with evident pride-of-ownership.

We're just minutes away from Victoria Gardens: If you want Macy's, PF Changs, Lucille's BBQ, Edward's Cinema --- or the Bass Pro Shop --- it's all there! Equidistant from the slopes of Big Bear or the sands of Newport, we're only thirty minutes from the high desert, sixty minutes from Palm Springs. Magic Mountain or Sea World? Just point your car north or south! In other words, this is an ideal location above the hubbub.

And did I mention the VIEW? Beautiful valley and mountain views from virtually every home site. Who wouldn't love to live here?
