Coolidge Ave, Sunkist Park

Coolidge is very nice for families and retirees. It is close to Venice beach so it always has a very nice breeze that goes through it. The Avenue is never congested and very safe. To get to the grocery store or many convenient you would walk about a mile or so. But there are some places that are convenient such as a7-11 store, DMV, and a few eateries. But it does not have allot around so it is generally a slower feel on the street. Unless you walk a block east or south, then you’re on main streets.
