"Another lovely Saratoga Street"
Congress Springs Road is the top of Saratoga, the summit of Route 9, and one of the most beautiful, remote parts of the town. It might as well be worlds away, which has its plusses - great state parks right there, beautiful views and relative peace - but also comes with its challenges (the nearest grocery store being 20 minutes away down a winding road, for one).
Other challenges include a decent amount of traffic for a street that should, for all intents and purposes, be very secluded, and spotty cell phone reception at best. But when you get to live near the summit of the Santa Cruz Mountains in the lovely town of Saratoga, these are drawbacks that many people willingly accept.
