"settle down in the city"

The further you get away from Market st, the more you see just how great this street is to have a family or if you are married. The tourists don't venture too far back on this street and the traffic is only heavy during rush hour. A great place for families.

"Up And Coming Family Neighborhood In The Castro"

More and more families are moving in and cleaning up "Urine Town" and making it a more pleasant place to live.

jotoma quetuo, having visited San Francisco recently, I noticed a large amount of homeless people, more so than many other international cities I visited. Do you feel safe living in the city and what is the mayor's office doing about the situation?

qetuo Despite the large amount of "street life" I have never once feel unsafe living in San Francisco. Compared to other cities (Chicago, Washington DC, Boston) there is a higher number of homeless people due to the fairly lax attitude by local government, but I have never felt threatened in any way here. The amount of violent crime in the city is incredibly low in comparison to other cities.
