"great neighborhood, quiet but convenient"
Collier Drive is in a great neighborhood of Estudillo Ave. It is quiet and feels off the beaten path but is conveniently located to other major thoroughfares and not far from the freeway for a convenient commute. This is a good, safe neighborhood to bike or walk in, and the kind of neighborhood where neighbors still know each other and say hello.

"nice mature neighborhood"
Rodney Drive is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood off of Estudillo Ave. This would be a good area for families or retirees. There is not a lot of social action for singles or young people, but is very quiet and safe. This area has many mature trees and older but well maintained homes.
