"Great family-oriented neighborhood but with some freeway noise"
The street itself is clean and quiet with little through traffic due to the neighborhood having only one entrance. There is considerable pedestrian traffic as neighbors walk, jog, and exercise their dogs. Strangers are rare and easily identified. Children can safely ride their bikes and parents sometimes use cones to block the street for kids to play soccer or basketball. The one drawback is the relatively close proximity of the freeway - while not visible it does add to the background noise. The neighborhood was built in 1967 and still has many original owners, though they are mostly now retired.
