The Philipstown Reform Synagogue is based in Cold Spring and Garrison. They welcome anyone from other areas as well. For more information go to the website. www.philipstownreformsynagogue.org .

There are no synagogues in Cold Spring. But there is also the First Hebrew Congregation in Peekskill, which is only about 20 minutes from Cold Spring. Also, Surprise Lake Camp is located in Cold Spring. It's a beautiful camp for Jewish children on 400 acres, and has been in business since 1902. Eddie Cantor was a camper, then a lifelong supporter. They are very welcoming - my daughter went there one summer, and we're not even Jewish.

I cant find a synagogue listed in Cold Spring. The West Point Jewish Chapel and the Beacon Hebrew Alliance appear to be the closest option for anyone looking for a synagogue in the area.
