"A fun place to be"
This place has it all. There are so many things to do that you may end up coming here and leaving without being able to participate in all of the activities. If you love tennis, there is always someone out there looking to play. The only bad thing is that it gets quiet early and people here really don't like any signs or sounds of human life after around 9 pm. Other than that this place is not bad. You should try and visit.

"Great place to raise children"
Quiet, end of community location. Little to no traffic. Community has 2 pools, lighted tennis courts, club house, and 9 hole golf course. Community HOA rules are tolerable. Schools are some of the best in the nation.
