"Not a bad place to live."
Having lived all over the St. Louis area, this is one of my least favorites. Not that there's anything terribly wrong with it, but I just don't find it that interesting of an area to live in. On the bright sides, there are quite a few good ethnic restaurants to check out in the area. In particular, there are some excellent Indian restaurants, including some vegetarian options that are must-tries. There are also quite a few fast food restaurants and gas stations that are close and convenient. Our apartment was broken into one time about a year ago, so I would call that a definite negative. Other than that the neighbors and people in the area seem friendly enough.
