"cute, charming street"

Claremont Ave may not appear very impressive, it is smaller homes, mostly not well landscaped or showy. But they are generally neat and tidy, and have a certain charm. This is a safe and affordable neighborhood, close to several parks and schools, and also close to the freeway for SF commuters.
