Okay, here are the top ten things to do in the Civic Center, San Francisco:
1. Go Protest Something in Front of City Hall
2. Catch a play at one of the live theaters in the theater district—such as the ACT or the Curran on Geary.
3. Have a read in the university level facilities of the main branch of the SF Public Library.
4. Check out one of the many art galleries, like the shooting gallery.
5. Stay at one of the amazing hotels, like the Donatello or the Moneco
6. Mortgage your home to get some seafood at Farallon or some steak at Morton’s
7. Max out your credit cards going shopping.
8. Get down to some Salsa dancing at Bourbon and Branch.
9. Get down at Ruby Lounge or any of the dozen plus clubs in the Civic Center.
10. Walk around during Christmas and watch the wheels of commerce.

You could probably make a top hundred things to do here if you got really specific.
