"Best part of Aliso Viejo"
It is great when they name a street appropriately, as they did when naming City Lights Drive. It has a really amazing view! City Lights Drive is also as close to the action as you can get in Aliso Viejo - it is located right next to Aliso Viejo Town Center, which is a huge shopping mall with a variety of shopping options, restaurants to satisfy any taste, a movie theater and a book store (just in case people still do that reading thing these days).
Due to City Lights Drive proximity to the Town Center, traffic can get a little dicey around Christmas time, but, normally it is pretty tame. You also have the benefit of living close to the freeway so you can escape Aliso Viejo easily (not that you would ever need to, with that Town Center literally being right there)!
The only con of living on this street is the fire station. My friend used to live on this street and the sirens would occasionally wake him up. However, he has a tendency to take naps during the day when normal people are at work, so, I, as should you, take that complaint with a grain of salt.
