In Northern KY, try Pompilios! 2 locations in Newport and Independence. They were founded in 1933...Homemade Sauces, Lasagna, Raviolis, Meatballs, Italian Sausage and much more.

Try Germano's in Montgomery. The owner is actually from Italy. They food and service are both excellent.
