What's up with all that construction going on along I-75 at Mitchell Ave? What are they doing?

Is there a way to see what it will all look like when it's done?

The work at Mitchell Avenue is to reconstruct the interchange so that the expressway lanes can be widened and the overpasses for both Mitchell and Clifton Avenues can be widened. This is part one of a project that will include the future addition of more interstate lanes. Apparently, this is all part of a plan called the Mill Creek Expressway, which is scheduled to include improvements of eight miles of expressway in this area through May 2020.

I live in Clifton so I usually take the Mitchell Ave. exit, and though it's been a pain, I'm happy they're doing all the construction because (as far as I know) they're planning on adding a Ludlow Ave. exit to I-75! I'm not 100% sure this is true, but it would be great because it would take you right into the heart of Clifton. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens here, but I also hope it clears up relatively soon.
