Late January/early February always seems to be the coldest. Although, really cold temperatures can sometimes last into early March.

Statistics say January is the coldest month in Cincinnati, but February has always had that snow/cold/ice combo that makes it feel worse. That's not necessarily so in recent months. We're just a likely to have rain as snow and we've had some unusually warm temperatures all year round.

January is technically the coldest month in Cincinnati, with an average temperature of 30.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures usually drop to as low as 0 degrees at least a few times during the winter months, however.
