There are many nice suburbs surrounding the Cincinnati area; some of the nicer ones are also some of the more expensive areas to live in Cincinnati. One of the nicest is the completely residential suburb of Indian Hill. Indian Hill has some of the most expensive housing in Cincinnati with its large mansions, both old and new. It is the suburb that many of the rich and famous of the area choose to live. The per capita income of Indian hill residents was estimated at almost $100K in 2009. Indian Hill has been listed as one of the wealthiest suburbs in the United States, so it is definitely one of the nicest suburbs of Cincinnati. There are no businesses in Indian Hill and the large homes are typically situated on large, wooded lots. Some of the other suburban areas surrounding Indian Hill are also very nice. Areas such as Madeira, Mariemont, Montgomery, Blue Ash, Mason, and Loveland all have pricier homes, typically have excellent schools, and offer many community amenities, making them some of the nicest suburbs in Cincinnati.
