There are over 80 public libraries in Chicago! One of the great options available to library card holders is the online search/deliver feature. Find a book online, and then request delivery to your nearest branch. No driving around the city to check out a book! The online database is pretty good, too. Branches offer great summer reading programs for elementary students, always based on great Chicago themes. I'm a big fan of Sulzer Regional Library, across the street from Welles Park. http://www.chipublib.org/
