I'm thinking about buying a condo, east 82nd st, close to lake. Me being a man, is there a high chance I will get robbed daytime or bite. With 2 big dogs.

I agree with ChiGrl4, although as a rule I tend to think of streets close to the lake as being more expensive, so the Eastern part of Chatham is likely to be more expensive than the Western part.

As far as I know all of the streets in Chatham are similar price-wise.
