Chacoma Pl Southwest, Old Town

This is one of the best streets in the country club area! This house is just 1 block from the rapid ride station which enables you to use public transportation to get anywhere in the city. This street is very close to old town and central. because of its proximity it may be a little noisy but not too bad. The country club area is extremely well known for there holiday traditions especially luminarias and halloween. This area is also extremely near the bio park and down town. one of the few bad things about this area is that there is a little bit of a cockroach problem but its not too bad.

Chacoma Place is home to Albuquerque Country Club which is a very beautiful golf course and very well maintained. Since it is a country club it could be a little difficult to get in but even just passing by in a car you can see the time and care that they put into making the club a beautiful place to go.

Also if you love architecture you will find several spanish inspired home along the road that are beautiful also.

This is a really nice street to live on. The houses are nicely built with a Spanish feel, as most of the area is. The houses are right across from the country club's golf course. It is close to everything and its in the heart of Albuquerque right by the Rio Grande.
