"Quiet Cul-de-sac"
Located in the Salem Glen golf community, a Jack Nicklaus course, this quiet street has about 8 homes, some with views of the golf course, but none are on the course. Home prices range from the low $300K's to about $500K. A good mix of young, middle aged, and seniors live here. Golf club membership was included in the first transfer of property from builder to 1st owner, but is not transferrable to susequent owners. Membership fees are reasonable (under $10K initially), but membership is not required. Social, sport, Jr., and Family memberships are available. The pool is included in some of the memberships.
