"Wonderful residential neighborhood near Alabama State University."

This road is beautiful with many homes with large yards and a lot of property. Carter Hill Road starts at Vaughn Road and travels to Norman Bridge Road. It takes you directly to the Alabama State University. This area is convenient to everything you may need including shopping and groceries.
