There are lots of houses built in the 80's and several built in the 90s. Some houses even share a common driveway that turn into double garages on either side. A most curious design back then. The houses with the garages have a court yard of concrete that looks and feel like a motel design. Landscaping is generally well kept in this neighborhood, although some houses prefer the extra parking in front of the house as they convert the front lawn into extra parking spaces.
