"Nice, quiet, family setting"

This is a street for families - not too many singles about. It is nice and quiet with few cars traveling down it except for residents.

ScPc What part of Cherry Hill, NJ is ‘Candlewyck Way’ located? From the aerial map looks like it maybe on the east side -- the property taxes in your neighborhood must be incredible. I suspect this is probably why you suggest this area is for families with children and not too many singles or couples are situated with the community.
