"Apartment City"
It’s all apartment buildings here. So if you are looking for a great little apartment right in a nice suburban area, within walking distance of the Sun Valley Mall and Diablo Valley College, you have found the perfect street. It tends to be a younger crowd here, mostly in their 20s, lot’s of students and some young couples. The apartment complexes have laundries with pay machines and street is safe and leafy. A perfect place if you are just starting out.
