"Cachan Place-- Wonderful "Monaco" street."
A friend of mine used to live on Cachan Place. Cachan Place is not a through street, so it's great for children because there are hardly any cars going in or out. Cachan Place is situated in the beautiful "Monaco" area of Rancho Palos Verdes. Homes on this street can fall in the $2+ million price range. Many homes are huge, and some have ocean views. However, some homes face busy Hawthorne Blvd. which can get noisy. Overall, it's a great street with nice neighbors, great schools and convinient shopping.
