"Near some of Irvine/Tustin's action!"
Do you want the security that the Irvine and Tustin areas bring, but do not want to be stuck out in the middle of suburbia paradise bored out of your mind? This area of Irvine is perfect for you, then! Bryan Avenue where it hits El Camino Real is actually walking distance to the Tustin Marketplace. For those of you that do not know the Tustin Marketplace, it is filled with a variety of dining options, as well as plenty of opportunities for shopping and a movie theater. How could you ever be bored when you live so close to that?!
Bryan Avenue is close to the 5 and 241 freeways, which is great if you need to get out of town fast. However, that is also a tiny bit of a con as there is a little bit of freeway noise (just a little bit, though). Several big businesses have their headquarters nearby; if you can get a job at one of those places and live on Bryan, you are set (and your gas bill for your car will be non-existent).
If you are into hiking, biking or have a horse to ride, the West Irvine Trail actually starts right off of Bryan Avenue. The track is separated so the joggers and horse riders do not get run over by the bikers, which is fabulous, as they definitely zoom along!
