"Why So Brown?"

Brown Place is conveniently located near the MTA and with several bus stops nearby, you won't have trouble finding something worth your while here. A major downside to living in the boroughs is how difficult it is to get to the city at times, so I was pleased to see that. Otherwise, it was your average street and wasn't all that exciting... or clean.
