Is Broomfield fairly affordable for a young person just out of college?

It is more affordable than Boulder and Louisville. There are some affordable apartments in Broomfield for singles or young couples but unless you have family near by Broomfield is not that great of a place to set down roots. There are comparable prices and much more lively neighborhoods in Denver or up in the mountains.
