"Quiet and small, beautiful and scenic"

The Brookside neighborhood borders Edina and also has the Minnehaha Creek running through it. The neighborhood is smaller than most of St. Louis Park's neighborhood, but has a wide variety of homes and gorgeous architecture. Most of the homes are 1 1/2 story craftsman and bungalows. Convenient access to highway 100 and also all of the shops and restaurants near the Excelsior and Grand community. There is a neighborhood that was started in 1999, they host picnics, potlucks, Halloween parties, and National Night Out gatherings every year.
Pros
  • Quiet and desired community
Cons
  • Some noise from Highway 100
