"Nice for a more established person"
This street is nice. It has all the things you could want from life. That is, if you are out of the party phase and are settle in a career, and have a family. This is a great place to raise children, and you never have to worry about strangers. That is because it seems like there is always someone outside keeping an eye on the neighborhood children. If you are single, you may not get the most out of living here, but if you have a family, there is nowhere else you would rather be.

"Nice quiet street with great neighbors"
One of my good friends lives here, and it really is a nice street. It's a cul-de-sac, so everyone on the street knows each other pretty well and are very friendly. There are several families with children, and the kids often play basketball in the circle without having to worry about traffic speeding through. It's a quiet street (except for one kid who likes to practice his bagpipe in the front yard--I am not kidding). There are numerous shopping areas and restaurants in the area, a Blockbuster Video, Wal-Mart, Bank of America, gas stations--pretty much everything you need can be found along the bayou on Braeswood. This street is near the Jewish Community Center and Fondren Middle School, and is a stone's throw from 610 loop, Meyer Park, and Meyerland Plaza. Nice place to live!
