"Three parks in this small but active neighborhood"

Home of the Bronx Park, Dakota Park and Nelson Park. The Bronx neighborhood has a community newsletter and an active neighbors group. The neighborhood mostly consists of single family homes, but has a few retail shops mixed in with it. Most of the homes were built between 1947 and 1953 and although many have similar looks, they also have unique characteristics.
Pros
  • Neighborhood spirit
