Broadway Ter, Upper Rockridge

Broadway Terrace is a very well known street for golfers. The street runs through the Claremont Country Club. This area is filled with preps sporting polo shirts and tan slacks. The area is nice but rather snooty. I guess that the street has the perfect name. The country club is not exclusive but does have some rather harsh mandatory dress codes if you wish to enter the premises. Broadway Terrace eventually gives way to some rather nice houses with lovely yards before melting into the Warren Freeway. This street is an influential street with the older crowd. I rarely have seen any kids on this street but there is local park nearby. Driving conditions are pleasant and can be enjoyable during good weather if you like strolling past gold course views.
