"Beauty Describes the Park Along Broadway"

When you travel up New York 9A or S. Broadway in the Bronx, you will notice a park on one side of the roadway. This is the biggest park in the Bronx. It goes a long way on Broadway.

I would suggest everybody should come here and taste what the park can provide.
Pros
  • Beautiful looking area
Cons
  • Too many kids around during summer

"A bit busy, but very convenient. "

Broad way by 260th Street in the Bronx is a nice enough area that offers great convenience to it's residents. Van Cortland Park runs along side the street and offers a wonderful retreat from city living. There is a subway stop for the 1 train in the area and a number of buses that offer residents a convenient commute both into the city and into Westchester County, NY. The area is also filled with convenient shopping. Manhattan college is also located on the street, around 242nd street. The college has brought in a good amount of stores and reasonable food stops. While it's not a visitors destination it's a nice place to live.
