Broad St Southwest, Pataskala

Broad St is one of the older streets in Columbus. It IS broad, six lanes in some areas, as it travels east from downtown Columbus. Once home to beautiful, elaborate mansions, as your travel on Broad, you pass the Statehouse, the Colubus Art Museum, Franklin Park Conservatory, Capital University, and Columbus School for Girls. In Bexley, you will find good restaurants and the Drexel Theater. Continue east through Whitehall to Reynoldsburg. Some of the residential areas along Broad St have deteriorated, but others are thriving. This street has seen many changes in recent years, more commercial than residential , but it is a part of Columbus history..
