Are there any organic farms located in Brighton?

If so, what do they grow and are the farms open to the public?

Yoxall Creek is a small family farm in Brighton, and although they offer tours and "taste-tests", I'm not sure they are a pick-your-own farm. Berry Patch, however, allows you to come and pick your fruits and vegetables year round. They have a lot of different produce, depending on the season - everything from beets, cilantro, and cabbage to peaches and strawberries.

There's also Pete Palombo's Roadside Market, a farmer's market that offers lots of local produce.
