"Another Shining Example of Saint Paul's Great Neighborhoods"

What makes Brenner so spectacular is that there is nothing spectacular about Brenner Avenue. I regularly visit a friend on this street, and I am never surprised by anything. Clean streets, kids at the park, I am never afraid and always enjoy my time in the area. Its proximity to Snelling Avenue and Rosedale Mall keep the essentials close at hand, yet the street is far enough from Snelling to be quiet. I would have no problem if I were forced to move to Brenner Avenue.
