"Convenient Location"

Inside the 610 Loop, just North of Hwy 90, and South of 59 – the Southwest Freeway is where you will spot Braeswood Place. This area is well established and a quick drive around will reveal many older homes and apartment complexes. Several main streets located in Braeswood Place are Braeswood, Buffalo Speedway, and Stella Link. The majority of residents drive to work, but you will find some using Metro Light Rail or Metro Buses to commute.

Braeswood Place is on the outskirts of town, but very close to Bellaire, which is an upscale neighborhood. Because of the close proximity to Reliant Arena, the Houston Medical Center, and several universities, you will feel the energetic vibe with your first visit. Due to the updated and renovated area, residents have begun to see new upscale retail shopping centers and supermarkets.

Braeswood Place is a great location for the working class, as it is in the heart of the city – where you will find the majority of major companies. Colleges are nearby including Rice University. If you enjoy the outdoors, there are a variety of parks in the area including Hermann Park, Meyerland Park, and the Houston Zoo.
