Where's the best neighborhood for non-college singles to live?

The closer to Pearl St, the better, and if you like trails, West is Best! A close 2nd is the newer construction in North Boulder (aka NoBo) located along the Broadway corridor. There are terrific amenities within the Holiday neighborhood, and lots of Meetup and biking/hiking groups.

In Boulder it really is about Pearl Street, yoga studios, coffee shops, hiking/parks for meeting new and not so new faces again. As far as neighborhoods thats kind of a hard one, I will stick with the answer as close to downtown as possible then North Boulder neighborhoods as #2 for singles
