The Med on walnut has some amazing tapas, and typically great service. My fiancé loves the white sangria. If you are a meat eater, be sure to try the kabobs.

HeatherS I've always loved the Med too and the white Sangria, especially on the patio on a hot summer evening

There are quite a lot of excellent farm to table restaurants in Boulder that I like including Salt, Black Cat, The Kitchen and Oak.

overall best local, family owned restaurant in Boulder is Turleys. A natural foods breakfast/lunch/dinner spot--it is cozy, well priced for what it offers and really nice inside and on the patio. It is in the same complex as Whole Foods on the corner of Pearl/28th Street. The management currently has 3 generations running it:)
