Is there a book or publication for sale in Boulder on buying investment properties?

I don't know of a specific book on investing in Boulder properties, but some generic investment books will be helpful. One is written by Gary Keller, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, available at Barnes & Noble or Amazon, etc. You could also talk to an agent about your specific investment goals (cash flow vs. appreciation, renting to students or high end, etc.).
