"It's a residential area... it's a park... it's... Borel Place!"

Borel Place in San Mateo, CA runs off of Borel Avenue which is the only street it can be accessed from due to the fact that the opposite side of Borel Place is a dead end. Borel Place is cosy and beautiful residential area that is almost hidden away amidst its many tall and thick trees, it almost resembles a park the further you get into it. When you reach the dead end, you can easily see the J. Arthur Younger Parkway right across from you.
