This place is a bit rundown and part of old sharpstown. It is also full of townhomes and apartments, as well as quirky urban dives and greasy spoon restaurants. A lot of cement, concrete, and very little shrubbery and greenery in this area. A good place to get started off with low rents and lots of singles.
