"Wouldn't Make the Trecj"

Boller Avenue is a nice street in the Bronx, though there isn't really much going on here. There are not a lot of businesses, but this is a mainly residential street. Though I think that this is a nice street, I wouldn't suggest moving here if you're looking to live in "New York City Proper." The commute is too long and wouldn't be worth the sacrifice of your sleep. A highlight is that the MTA 5 train is a block away, so reaching midtown is possible and simple.
