"Not as pretty as it sounds"
This street is not very nice. For starters it has had a bad problem with prostitution over the past few years. In addition there are many properties along it that are not in good condition. There is a regular police presence which I do not take as a good thing. There is also a lot of litter along the street which detracts from the overall appeal.

"The Center of the Inner City"
Blue Hill Avenue is a very long street in Boston that stretches across several neighborhoods. This street has everything on it including several shops, eateries, schools, parks, car dealerships, a ski mountain, residential buildings, clinics, law firms, and even a public zoo. The people there vary in culture and speak many different languages overall many of them are friendly however there are still some concerns for safety. Several buses travel along the street making access to different parts of the street easy.
