How much do the newer looking townhomes up the mountain just out of town rent for?
...they look like old west style and are colorful on the hillside out of town...

geez that is still so expensive, getting out of the city does not mean you will be paying a lot less for real estate in Colorado. I don't think it would be worth those prices to live in Black Hawk or Central City
