"Great for active, friendly families and couples"
We're the perfect neighborhood for people who work in RTP, love to bike and run in Umstead State Park, or have kids. Our neighborhood has greenway access to Umstead so you can bike or run into the park without crossing a major road. Neighbors are friendly and helpful without being nosy. It's a very quiet street with no traffic and is surrounded by other quiet streets. There's a great park within walking distance for kids to play. We have good restaurants a mile away, and have several grocery stores nearby. And the homes here are BEAUTIFUL. Great builders with high quality homes that appraise very well.
