"Perfect place for a family on a budget"

This little neighborhood in the surrounding Staten Island area is a perfect place for the money you would spend on living their. The homes are very nice, and the schools seem to be in very good shape. I would definitely recommend anyone of any age to live here and enjoy a little more quiet NYC life.
