"No Place Like Home"

13002 Beverly St, Overland Park, KS is the place my husband and I decided to raise our 3 daughters. Located on a cul-de-sac in Deer Creek subdivision with a blue ribbon elementary school on the premises. We were able to walk our girls to school every day when they were younger. The middle school is located right next door to the elementary school.

Beverly Street is lined with trees and is located on a semi-private golf course. From our home located on the 3rd hole, we could see from tee to green. There is a private pool located on the premises.

Shopping is a short drive. An outdoor shopping center also features top of the line restaurants and premium shops. The grocery store is located within the subdivision also. The Hen House is like no other grocery store I have ever been to. Produce is fresh and the meat is wrapped by a real butcher. Service is outstanding.

Menorah Hospital is also near. The doctors and their staff are very caring and knowledgable. Beverly Street has close access to all major highways and most everywhere you need to be is 30 minutes away.
